Why do we ask you to fill out the information warranty form for your new flooring?

The information gets sent to you and the warranty is between yourself and the supplier. Ofcourse any issues the first contact is with ourselves, but with the long lifespan the warranties have, you never know what might happen in the future, so it's best the information is sent to you directly.
